- Complex treatment of dental patients, including involvement of related specialists. Functional analysis. Computer modeling and planning.
- Planning and functional rehabilitation of patients with complete absence of teeth with the use of dental implants. Planning and aesthetic rehabilitation of patients with aesthetic and functional dentition defects. Treatment of patients with included dentition defects. Orthopedic rehabilitation after orthodontic treatment. Treatment of patients with iatrogenic diseases of the dentoalveolar system.
- Full dental implantation, including with concomitant pathology (one-stage and two-stage methods, immediate and delayed load). Implantation and orthopedic treatment in difficult clinical conditions (aesthetic zone, bone tissue deficit). Use of surgical templates.
- Bone tissue volume restoration in a gentle manner using the method of directed bone regeneration, both in the upper and lower jaw. Plastic of bone tissue deficit with autogenous blocks.
- Open and closed sinus-lifting with one-stage and delayed dental implantation.
- Soft tissues volume restoration before, during and after implantation, depending on the clinical situation using a connective tissue palatological transplant. Mucosal plasty with a subepithelial graft.
- Plastic bridles of lips and tongue, the oral cavity vestibule deepening for orthopedic and implantology treatment preparation. Including the use of laser technologies.
- Teeth extraction of any complexity in the upper and lower jaws including with one-stage implantation (under indications).
- Surgical treatment of small and large odontogenic jaw cysts (cystectomy and cystotomy).
- Periodontal operations (open curettage, patchwork).
- Removal of retention cysts of small salivary glands.
- Treatment of peri-implantitis and inflammatory diseases of the maxillofacial area.
- Treatment with crowns and bridges: metal-ceramic, based on zirconia, using CAD / CAM technologies. Aesthetic restorations with ceramic veneers using minimally invasive techniques.
- Treatment dentition defects with removable and conditionally removable dentures.
- Treatment of bruxism. Splint therapy.
